1. Order Processing Time
All our products are "made-to-order" to ensure maximum freshness and quality.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery
Once your order has been crafted and packed, shipping times depend on your location.

USA Domestic: 3 to 7 business days.

International: 10 to 20 business days (depending on customs and local couriers).

International Orders (Haiti, DR, Mexico, Brazil, Chile) For our customers in the Caribbean and Latin America, we specialize in shipping via US-Based Freight Forwarders.

How it works: You must provide a US shipping address (typically in Miami) provided by your local courier at checkout.

Responsibility: Allaverr is responsible for delivery to your US courier's warehouse. Once the package is received by your courier, they are responsible for the final delivery to your home country.

Customs & Fees: Customers are responsible for any local customs duties or additional courier fees in their respective countries.

Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and destination.

Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International)
Allaverr is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the item.
