Allaverr | Returns & Refund Policy
At Allaverr, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. Since our products are fulfilled by our partner, Supliful, we adhere to the following policies:
1. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, we’ve got you covered.

Please contact us at support@allaverr.com within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.

We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
2. Lost Packages
For any packages lost in transit, please reach out to us at support@allaverr.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will coordinate with our fulfillment partner to investigate and, if confirmed lost, provide a replacement.
3. Change of Mind & Returns
Because our products are personal care items and are "made-to-order" through our fulfillment partner, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Change of mind or personal preference (e.g., "I don't like the scent").

Orders placed by mistake.

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
4. Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the fulfillment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
